THE SCAN-COLLAGE SERIES
Scanned paper collages with “writings”
This series of collages are created using scans from my earlier paper collage works combined digitally with my personal photography.
These are done as open editions.
What makes each piece unique, is the addition of *“writings” added after the image is printed.
Each piece tells a new story.
Each story becomes a personal journey.

This New body of work continues my exploration of imaginary landscapes.This series uses original mixed media collages from my earlier series: with drawings, found papers, polaroid transfers, watercolors, inks, graphite, stamps, digital prints of my works and *“writings”

DIGITAL COLLAGE SERIES
landscapes-florals and birds
Using elements from my ongoing series of photography, influenced by nature and technology, I digitally edit and manipulate the images and then assemble them into visual landscapes, creating depth without perspective, creating worlds to get lost in.
Color plays a major role in my storytelling.
My inspiration is from Arabic and Asian cultures.

This digital collage series explores the story of Dantés journey though Hell, guided by the ancient Roman poet Virgil.
It is the first of the three part 14th century epic poem

I have combined scans from Dante’s Divine Comedy illustrated by Gustave Doré found in an original 1890 book, along with my digitally designed “patterns”, using color to highlight the confusion and despair of the scene.
